Your employees develop and deliver a 15 minute keynote in just 4 weeks, and in the process they master storytelling, empathy, and leadership skills.

WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE

The Challenge

Combining training videos, group coaching calls, dedicated feedback, and support, together with a unique closing event, this is what happens during the challenge.

Week 1 - Define Story

Overview: Participants learn to empathize with their audience, identifying their listener's desire and obstacles to determine the best story and call-to-action for the situation.


Activity: submitting the audience's profile and selected story.

Week 2 - Develop Message

Overview: learning to develop stories that make the audience want to take action without feeling they are getting sold to, combined with the structure for the keynote.


Activity: submit keynote structure

Week 3 - Prepare Performance

Overview: implementing feedback, together with learning how to use and develop visuals that capture and maintain the interest of the audience, while making the delivery memorable.


Activity: submitting visuals for feedback.

Week 4 - Deliver Keynote

Overview: learning how to prepare for delivery, improving the keynote, and how to dominate the performance for a confident and engaging delivery. As well as, how to apply the new skills in their daily work.


Activity: delivery of the keynotes in a "TEDx" style virtual event open for the company to watch their fellow teammates perform.

YOUR OWN "TEDx" STYLE

Closing Virtual Event

Bring your company together to experience the keynotes prepared by the challenge participants, creating the ultimate stage for them to use their new skills.


Delivered on Friday afternoon of Week 4 through Zoom or Teams and hosted by your challenge's coach.
